Based on the investment your company is making, how many employees you will be hiring and the wages associated with those positions, you may be eligible for workforce development resources free of charge. Alabama Industrial Development Training (AIDT) is the primary state provider of customized workforce recruitment, selection and training.
A variety of offerings are available including:
- Pre-Employment Selection and Training
- Project Management
- Project Support Services
- Media Support Services
- AIDT EX+RA is tailored toward businesses that do not traditionally qualify for existing AIDT services
