A transformative program dedicated to equipping professionals, especially Expats and International Professionals with the tools and knowledge necessary for navigating and thriving in the U.S. job market.

Time: 5:30–7:00 PM (PT, California time)

We apply Stanford-inspired design thinking principles to guide participants through structured exploration and creative solutions to career challenges.

Interactive Tools and Activities

Workshops include hands-on use of interactive tools like Miro boards, enabling participants to collaboratively visualize and strategize their career paths.

Personalized Career Roadmaps

Participants develop personalized career roadmaps, detailing strategic steps tailored to achieve specific career goals and navigate potential challenges.

Meet your instructor

Kate Khatseyeva

Kate is the founder of Career Pathway Institute and currently serves as a Program Manager at Stanford University.

 

Having navigated the challenges of relocating to the U.S. as a dependent visa holder herself, she deeply understands the obstacles faced by others in similar situations.

 

With her extensive background in HR and a certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kate established the Career Pathway Institute to support dependent visa holders by providing career development programs and personalized guidance.
