Our story

WHY CPI?

CPI empowers individuals to thrive in their U.S. careers, overcoming any obstacles along the way

Meet Anna and Kate, the Co-Founders of
Career Pathway Institute!

It all started six years ago...

Six years ago, Anna moved to the U.S. on an L2B visa (work allowed), while Kate arrived on a TD visa (work not allowed).

Their first year in the U.S. was challenging for both.

Anna and Kate experienced confusion and frustration as they navigated the complexities of starting a new life—securing a driver’s license, obtaining a credit card, setting up Zelle and PayPal, and finding friends and like-minded individuals—all while trying to integrate into U.S. society. They understand firsthand how difficult this process can be.

How they met

Two years ago, Anna and Kate connected through a Facebook group, where they discovered a shared vision: helping highly skilled adult immigrants build successful careers in the U.S.
Recognizing that millions of immigrants face similar challenges, they decided to take action and create solutions.

Where they are today

Today, Anna and Kate are surrounded by established professionals who have successfully built their careers in the U.S. and are eager to share their experiences.
